Private parking available on site and free WiFi. Step outside your door, a few feet down the path and you are staring at the beautiful Table Rock Lake. Boat and water sport rentals right down the road and a shoreline perfect for laying out and soaking the sun. This space can be rented separately or as part of the main house which sleeps 16 guests.
Couples in particular like this location – it is great for a two-person trip.
The unit has keyless access. An email will be sent with an access code and check-in instructions.
You will self check-in and use your door code to come and go. We will have a local contact available if you need anything during your stay. You are also free to call or message us anytime if you have questions.
The lakeshore is public access and there is a path directly behind the proper to the Lake. Launch your boat at the public ramp up the street. Boats, Boat Slips & jet skis are available for rent in Kimberling City.
Along the cove behind the house there are several docks with boat slips, but they are considered private property and access is not allowed without the permission of one of the slip owners. Please be courteous and do not enter or walk onto any of the private docks unless you have permission.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
